The Pepper Academy will support brokers by providing training on the most effective ways to package and submit second charge mortgage applications, with the objective of helping brokers to benefit from smoother processing and ultimately improve customer outcomes.
The training program, which covers Income requirements, calculating utility costs and interpreting bank statements has been put into effect on a trial at Fluent Money.

Pepper Money plans to roll the Pepper Academy out across the industry to all brokers, who are committed to driving service excellence and want to make use of the resource.
