Start up growth
Pepper commences lending in the UK and starts up an Asset Finance arm in Australia.

Venturing East
Pepper acquires 12% interest in Prime Credit Ltd,. a consumer finance business in Hong Kong and Shenzhen. This was divested in 2021.

2018
Underserved Markets
Pepper European Servicing acquires NAI Hellas in Greece and establishes a servicing platform in Cyprus, while Pepper Money UK acquires second charge lender Optimum Credit Ltd.

2019
Expanding horizons
Pepper establishes servicing platforms in India and China while expanding into New Zealand. Pepper brings in residential and buy-to-let mortgages to a wider market in the UK.

Growth in Asia
Pepper acquires Millennium Holdings KK in Japan.
Pepper lists its Australian business on the ASX.
Pepper sets up Indonesia’s first global servicing platform in June 2021.
